The Women's Watchcare Network (WWN) was formed in 1989 in response to increased violence and incidents of racial and religious intolerance occurring in the state of Arkansas. WWN is made up of approximately 200 volunteers who collect information, publish an annual log summarizing that collected information, organize discussion groups, and respond to acts of discrimination and violence in the community.
